By using CoreArc you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
CoreArc is a training, nutrition and progress tracking tool with AI-based coaching features. The service is provided "as is"; we strive for accuracy and availability but do not guarantee freedom from errors or uninterrupted continuity.
CoreArc is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. AI suggestions (progression, deload, splits, form analysis, nutrition estimates) are general guidance and may contain errors. Consult a physician before starting any training or diet program, especially if you have health conditions. You train and eat at your own responsibility.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity on your account. You must provide truthful information and meet the minimum age (16).
CoreArc offers a free plan with monthly limits on AI features and a Pro plan that removes them, available as a monthly (€5.99) or annual (€44.99) subscription, or as a one-time "lifetime" (€79) purchase. Purchases are handled by App Store / Google Play; subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled per the store's rules. Management/cancellation is done from the respective store's settings. Any refunds follow the store's policy. Prices may vary: the applicable price is always the one shown in the app at the time of purchase.
You agree not to: break laws, access the service abusively, circumvent plan limits (including direct API calls to evade quotas), reverse-engineer, or overload the infrastructure.
When social features are active, you are responsible for the content you post (profile, comments, challenges). Posting offensive, illegal or harassing content is prohibited. We apply a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive content and behaviour: we provide reporting and blocking tools and may remove content and suspend accounts. (At launch the social layer is disabled.)
The app, the brand and the original content are owned by Gabriel Patras. Your data remains yours.
To the extent permitted by law, Gabriel Patras is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, nor for reliance on AI suggestions.
We may suspend or close accounts in case of breach of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy and data → Delete account.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of the user's place of residence or domicile remains competent where mandatory by law; otherwise, the court of Turin (Italy) is competent.
